Stainless steel tools are soaked in hospital grade barbicide, washed, sealed in a sterilization pouch & stored in a UV sterilizer cabinet.

What to expect:

          *Please text upon arrival and wait in the front lobby to be escorted in.

         *Masks are now optional, we'll leave it up to you. 

         * We accept payments/gratuity with Credit Cards, but Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App is preferred

 

GROUPON USERS: 

 *Please be aware that appointments fill up very fast so please understand if you cannot get in the day of, & texting for your appointment at least one week in advance is greatly appreciated. 

*We will redeem your Groupon voucher once your appointment is booked & confirmed. Any cancellations or reschedules can be made as long as its before 24 hours of the original appointment. Last minute cancellations or No Call No Show will result in forfeiture of your Groupon. We will still honor it if the price difference is made at the time of scheduling a new appointment. Feel free to text us if you have any further questions!

 

Policy:

*All new clients will be charged a small deposit which will be applied towards your service in order to confirm the appointment. Deposit will be refunded if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment.

*Once you have received a confirmation text/email for your appointment, any changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time or deposit will be non- refundable. Once you've arrived and decided to cancel any part of service, you will be charged for that service. 

*After we send you a reminder text, as a courtesy, we will save your appointment until 2 hours of arrival time. If we still don't hear from you by then, your appointment is cancelled. 

*All No Call No Shows will be charged full price.

* Gift Cards are NON-REFUNDABLE after 30 days of purchase

* We charge accordingly for all nail enhancement repairs/removals that we did not originally apply. Please text us for more info.

THE 14 DAY MANICURE!

We guarantee for our services, products & nail applications (EXCEPT regular polish) will last for up to 14 days. Considering normal wear-n-tear, rate of nail growth & daily hand usage, each client will be treated as an individual. Please contact us immediately (within 14 days of service) if & when something should happen to your finished product such as breakage, chipping or overall dissatisfaction. We'll have you come in (by appointment only) for us to examine the issue & discuss the best solution, which may include repair, re-do or full refund.
