With all that's happened this year, we know it can be a little nerve wracking to go a larger nail salon with many people in the same room. Coming to our salon eliminates that fear because there are only 2 nail technicians. Here is a list of steps of safety precautions we have taken to go above and beyond to ensure the safety and well-being of our patrons:
Policy: *Once you have received a confirmation text/email for your appointment, any changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment date. Once you've arrived and decided to cancel any service, you will be charged for that service. If a no-show occurs, you will be charged full price for your appointment.
* Birthday or group bookings will require at least 2 weeks in advance and %50 of the total cost as a security deposit. All deposits are 100% refundable if cancellations are made 48 hours prior to the appointment.
* We charge accordingly for all nail enhancement repairs that we did not originally apply. Please text us for more info.
* Any use of cell phones, lap tops etc, are not permitted in our nail room, no exceptions. Calls can be made in the hallway.
*Please be aware that appointments fill up very fast so please understand if you cannot get in the day of, & texting for your appointment at least one week in advance is greatly appreciated.
*If a n0-call no-show occurs after your appointment has been confirmed, your voucher will be forfeited. If you reschedule your appointment, the price difference of the service & what you paid to Groupon must be paid before the time of service. Please text us for more information.
*The main doors are locked so clients must text upon arrival & wait to have their temperature (no higher than 100.4) taken & escorted in.
*Masks must be worn during the entire service.
* We are currently not serving any beverages in order to keep masks on at all times.
